On February 4, 2023, Furman University celebrated 50 years of Title IX at the women's basketball game against Wofford College. Throughout the day, I captured the strong female athletes and coaches at Furman and the beauty of the younger generation learning what it means to be a woman in sports.

According to the American Heart Association, approximately every 39 seconds an American will suffer a heart attack. On February 5, 2023 my dad was that American. His following triple bypass surgery opened my eyes to the importance of keeping your heart healthy so it can continue to do its job - love those who love you.
